Bunnings is in the midst of forming a new Builder Service Team to serve our Commercial Building sector, due to continued development. This exciting new Customer Service Officer / Quoter position will report directly to the Customer Service Team Lead at any of the NSW/ACT Trade Centres.

Your responsibilities:

  • To all internal and external stakeholders, be a trusted partner.
  • Advocate for the whole home to be built and for our Frame & Truss team to create sales via warm leads.
  • Deliver and assist the development of accurate quotations quickly to help our account management teams close sales.
  • Quoters in Customer Service promote and give excellent customer service and advise to all internal and external customers.
  • Support correct order input, pricing, and product information in accordance with our clients’ needs.
  • Work with our CRM system to ensure that all plans/opportunities and timely feedback are kept in one place.

Bunnings Warehouse Application Form & PDF

You may apply for a job at Bunnings Warehouse in one of two ways.
