hours worked:

We are seeking individuals in Gingin who are problem-solvers, appreciate manual labor, and can support our farming team. The schedule is Monday through Friday (7:00am to 3:30pm) To support the team, the candidate must be able to cover weekdays on an as-needed basis.

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for all tasks when the Breeder Farm Manager/Supervisor is absent from the premises.
  • Ensure that all animals are treated humanely and in accordance with Ingham’s Minimum Standard Procedures.

  • Attending to production machinery repairs and failures in a timely manner will reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve unexpected downtime.
