Manager in Training

What is a trainee manager?

  • Will receive ongoing training from both the Store managers and the Regional Manager in order to acquire the skills necessary for advancement to the position of Store Manager.
  • A full-time, permanent position supporting the Store Managers.
  • The ability to work in a range of retail establishments throughout a region.
  • Develop ties with a number of team members within the enterprise.
  • Will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of a store while the Store Manager is on annual leave/sick leave/RDO or there is a vacancy for the position.
